bsubvol
Usage: bsubvol [options] input.star [input2.star ...]
Tracks subvolumes or single particles from a micrograph series.
The series must already be aligned.
Actions:
-reconstruction
Take seed subvolume locations from a reconstruction (default micrograph).
Parameters:
-verbose 7
Verbosity of output.
Output:
-output file.star
Output parameter file.
