breconstruct

Usage: breconstruct [options] input.star [input.star]

Reconstructs 2D and 3D maps from single particle images.

Actions:

-allReset selection to all particles.
-multiple 2Generate a number of maps from alternating particle images (default 1).
-filamentsGenerate one map per filament.
-rescale -0.1,5.2Rescale data to average and standard deviation.
-postsymmetrizeSymmetrization after reconstruction (default during).
-TwoDGenerate a 2D reconstruction (default 3D).
-bootstrapUse particle selection numbers to weigh their contributions.

Parameters:

-verbose 7Verbosity of output.
-datatype uForce writing of a new data type.
-number 3Selection number from STAR file selection column (default 1, deprecated).
-select 3Selection number from STAR file selection column (default 1).
-sampling 1.5,1.5,1.5Sampling of input images (A/pixel; a single value can be given).
-resolution 20Resolution limit (angstrom, default Nyquist).
-scale 1.2Scale or magnification of reconstruction compared to original images (default 1).
-size 100,120,90Size of reconstruction (default from images).
-pad 3Image padding factor (default 2).
-symmetry D6Symmetry: Point group identifier

Output:

-reconstruction file.extReconstruction file name.
-fom file.extFigure-of-merit file name.
-output file.starOutput parameter file name.
