Description:

Colourizes an image with blue positive and red negative.

Algorithm:

	A grayscale image is converted to RGB and coloured with blue positive, 

red negative, and white in between.

Arguments:

Bimage* pimage.
float red_minbeginning of red gradient (most negative).
float white_minend of red gradient (fade into white).
float white_maxbeginning of blue gradient (start with white).
float blue_maxend of blue gradient (most positive)

Returns:

int 0.

Prototype:

int img_red_white_blue(Bimage* p, float red_min, float white_min, float white_max, float blue_max)
