Description:

Shifts a transform or powerspectrum to center the origin.

Algorithm: 

	The input origin is taken to be {0,0,0}.

Arguments:

Bimage* pimage to be shifted.

Returns:

int number of images.

Prototype:

int img_center_complex_origin(Bimage* p)
